• Speedway Main Street businesses boom as month of May ramps up (fox59.com) — Main Street in Speedway is buzzing as new spots like Speedway City Garage, Santa’s Pit Stop, and the Dallara Experience Hub join longtime favorites such as Dawson’s on Main and Charlie Brown’s. With the town working to acquire the stalled Wilshaw Hotel site and new businesses like a butcher shop and bank under construction, residents can expect even more changes by next race season. 
• IMS Museum moves in new series of cars ahead of Indy 500 (fox59.com) — Speedway residents heading to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum for Indy 500 season will find a refreshed Gasoline Alley Gallery, with six historic cars swapped in spanning 1914 to 1988. Restoration manager Dan Rosenau and the museum team carefully preserve these fragile race cars and artifacts so longtime fans and new visitors can experience more than a century of Speedway racing history.
