Supporters warned the library risks shutdown from infrastructure failures, while opponents cited rising property taxes and total long-term costs nearing $28 million. County leaders will soon decide related projects, including a Warsaw parking garage.

Penn, Warsaw win girls sectional track & field titles (wsbt.com) โ Warsaw Community High Schoolโs girls track and field team captured the sectional title, edging out Elkhart and several other area schools.
