The initiative includes dementia-awareness training for organizations, memory cafes, a planned caregiver support group, and an upcoming "Living with Dementia" educational series. Rippy hopes more local businesses, churches, and agencies will join to make Westfield more inclusive and informed.

Her obituary highlights her deep Christian faith, devotion to her sons and grandchildren, and the support she received from neighbors at the Villas at Oak Ridge. Calling hours and services will be held later this week in Bradford, Pennsylvania.
