• Police: Golf cart operator, with three young passengers, was drunk (thestarpress.com) — A Winchester man faces felony charges after police say he drove a golf cart through town with three children aboard while allegedly intoxicated. Officers stopped the cart near East Short Street and Middle School Road, and a later blood test reportedly showed a blood alcohol level more than three times Indiana’s legal limit before he was taken to Randolph County Jail.
