• Zionsville's Union Elementary slated for new playgrounds (youarecurrent.com) — Families at Zionsville's Union Elementary can expect brand-new, more accessible playgrounds as Zionsville Community Schools moves ahead with a replacement project estimated around $1.8 million. The district plans poured-in-place, ADA-compliant surfaces to address safety and inclusion concerns raised by parents, with final designs and costs to be set after bids come in. 
• Actress juggles duties in 'Ring of Fire' at Beef & Boards (youarecurrent.com) — A familiar face to many Bach to Rock Zionsville families, musician and educator Sarah Hund is back in central Indiana juggling acting, directing, and music duties for Beef & Boards' upcoming "Ring of Fire" run in Indianapolis. She still fills in at the Zionsville and Carmel Bach to Rock locations, drawing on her experience leading the Zionsville school during the pandemic while continuing her busy performing career.
