Ankeny Police: OWIs, Drug Possession, Indecent Exposure Top Blotter for March 5

Jan. 20

Police responded to the 1600 block of Southeast Delaware Avenue at approximately 9:51 p.m. for a report of trespassing and indecent exposure.

Jan. 21

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with possession of alcohol under the legal age, trespassing and shoplifting following an incident that occurred in the 100 block of Southeast Oralabor Road.

Feb. 6

Police responded to the 2000 block of South Ankeny Boulevard at approximately 4:16 p.m. for a report of a burglary of a vehicle.

Feb. 7

Trevor J. Howard, 27, Delaware Township, was charged with fourth-degree theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, trespassing and interference with official acts following an incident that occurred in the 1000 block of Southeast National Drive. (16:57, 546)

Joseph F. Mather, 26, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 300 block of Southwest Maple Street.

Stephen T. Pyle, 18, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 300 block of Northeast Trilein Drive.

Police responded to the 1100 block of Northeast Sixth Lane at approximately 7:57 a.m. for a report of motor vehicle theft.

Feb. 8

Kristina N. Blake, 30, Polk City, was charged with attempted burglary following an incident that took place in the 800 block of Northwest Ridge Road.

Dylan L. Windecker, 18, Iowa Falls, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following an accident that occurred in the 800 block of South Ankeny Boulevard.

Feb. 9

Richard A. Christiansen, 42, Omaha, Neb., was charged with possession of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to have a valid license following a traffic stop that occurred on Interstate 35 southbound near mile marker 93.

Nathan M. Frick, 23, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 100 block of Northwest Scott Street.

Police responded to the 1300 block of Southwest 37th Street at approximately 8:57 a.m. for a report of an attempted theft of a motor vehicle.
