Check In at Prairie Ridge Sports Complex During Ankeny SummerFest, Help the City Win a $100,000 Grant

A smartphone is all it could take to help the city of Ankeny win a $100,000 grant for .

Coca-Cola is sponsoring an initiative to find America's Favorite Park based on votes from their fans, and Prairie Ridge Sports Complex is in the running. The winning park will receive a $100,000 recreation grant!

And seeing how Ankeny SummerFest is at Prairie Ridge, this should be no contest, right?

Here's how we can help:

1. Create an account at Foursquare.com.

2. Visit LivePositively.com/parks to link your Foursquare account to the America's Favorite Park campaign. Your check-ins won't count if your account isn't linked.

3. Check-in to Prairie Ridge Sports Complex using Foursquare each time you visit. Each voter can check-in up to three times per hour up to 28 times each day.

If you don't have a smart phone, but would still like to participate, you can also vote online. Use the map to search for Prairie Ridge Sports Complex and click the vote button to earn one vote for our park. Vote as many times as you like.

Votes online equal one point. Check-ins on Foursquare, however, earn 100 points. Remember you can vote multiple times a day.
