Get to Know Your Iowa House Candidates Before the June Primary

To get voters ready for the June 5 state primary election, we reached out to all local candidates seeking a spot on the November ballot. These candidates will be representing you, Ankeny residents, so it's good to know where they stand on the issues.

Starting today and running through next week, we will feature a Q & A interview we did with one of the eight Republican candidates who will be facing off in next month's primary. Expect to see a different candidate each day.

The candidates are running for both the House District 37 and 38 seats.

In District 37 the candidates are Stacey Rogers, Jeff Wright, Jacob Mason, John Landon, Matt DeVries and Jim Robidoux.

In District 38 the choice is between incumbent Kevin Koester and Brett Nelson.

All Democratic races are non-contested this year.
