OWI, Alcohol-Related Charges From This Week's Ankeny Police Blotter

Editor's note: All information below is provided by the in incident reports through April 5. Dates below are when the incident was reported or occurred, not when an arrest or charges were filed. Charges do not always result in convictions. All individuals listed below are innocent until proven guilty.

April 1

James S. McNamee, 45, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 200 block of Northwest State Street.

April 7

Travis J. Corey, 29, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 700 block of Southeast Magazine Road. Corey also was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the City of Des Moines.

Addison M. Smith, 22, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (second offense) following a traffic stop that occurred in the 1300 block of Southeast Delaware Avenue.

April 8

Joshua J. Driscoll, 26, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred near the intersection of West First Street and Northwest College Avenue.

April 11

Victor K. Mutambuki, 33, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 400 block of North Ankeny Boulevard.

April 13

Jennyfer M. Akers, 20, Waukee, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and improper lane use following a traffic stop in the 100 block of Northwest 18th Street.

Chelsey M. Jackson, 19, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 900 block of Southeast Belmont Drive.

Darrell J. Munzenmaier, 30, Des Moines, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (second offense) following a traffic stop that occurred near the intersection of Southwest Polk City Drive and State Street.
