OWI, Alcohol-Related Charges From This Week's Ankeny Police Blotter

July 1

James L. Kingery, 36, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred near the intersection of Northeast Fifth Street and Crestmoor Place.

Scott A.Smith, 38, Des Moines, was charged with operating while intoxicated, interference with official acts, driving with a revoked license following a traffic stop that occurred near mile marker 87 on southbound Interstate 35.

Kevin S. Testa, 47, Ankeny, was charged with public intoxication following an incident that occurred in the 1100 block of Northeast Fifth Lane.

July 3

Kenton D. Green, 79, Des Moines, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 400 block of South Ankeny Boulevard.

Chad A. Ragan, 32, Muscatine, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 2800 block of South Ankeny Boulevard.

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with operating while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 7000 block of Northeast 14th Street.

July 5

Tristan C. Ziehe, 29, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, no registration, failure to have a valid license and no insurance following a traffic stop that occurred in the 1200 block of Northwest Prairie Ridge Drive.
