• Efforts underway to establish countywide ordinance in Dickinson County for E-Bikes/Scooters (ktiv.com) — Arnolds Park’s assistant police chief says local departments and the Dickinson County sheriff are working on a single countywide ordinance to rein in reckless e-bike and scooter use. After a spike in complaints on area trails, officials and SALT volunteers are focusing on consistent rules and enforcement, including existing 20 mph speed limits.
