· Celebrate Earth Week with Green Iowa AmeriCorps! Volunteers are needed to help out with a biannual highway cleanup on a section of Highway 20 in Cedar Falls on April 24 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Volunteers age 14 and over are welcome.
· Museum Madness is a special event held on April 25 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Grout Museum of History and Science and the Bluedorn Science Imaginarium. Volunteers age 16 and over are welcome.
· Volunteer to be a part of our annual Waterloo Muscle Walk on April 25 at 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Hawkeye Community College - Central Campus to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Volunteers should be age 18 or older.

· The Hansen Elementary PTA will be hosting a Spring Carnival at Hansen Elementary School on April 25 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Volunteers will assist with set up and tear down, help the children play the games, sell food, and pass out prizes. Volunteers age 14 and over are welcome.
