• Do you enjoy science and technology? Volunteers age 13 and over are needed at the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center to assist with the Family STEM Festival November 12. Two shifts of volunteers needed: 3:15 - 5:15 and 5:15-7:30 p.m. Opportunities include coat checkers, greeters, cleanup patrol, and traffic flow directors.
• Feeling grateful? On Wednesday, November 24 the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Cedar Valley will open their doors to club members and their families for a Thanksgiving Dinner from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. 25 volunteers are needed to come to the club to help prepare, serve, and clean up the dinner.
• The Cedar Falls Tourism & Visitors Bureau is looking for outgoing, friendly volunteers who like to visit with people to staff the Cedar Falls Visitor Center on the weekends. Duties include welcoming guests; assisting with directions; and providing information on attractions, restaurants and
things to do in the community. Volunteers age 18 and over are welcome.

• Help Refugee Resettlement case managers by driving refugees to and from appointments, grocery stores, or job interviews to help lead them a successful life in the Cedar Valley within their first 90 days. Volunteers age 18 and over are welcome.
