
• The Iowa DNR is seeking volunteer scorekeepers for the Iowa Scholastic Trapshooting Championships held June 9-12 at the Cedar Falls Gun Club. Scorekeepers are needed from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Volunteers must be 18 years old to volunteer rain or shine.
• The Northeast Iowa Food Bank is looking for volunteers to advocate during Combat Hunger April 1 – 3 at local grocery stores. Volunteers will pass out information about how hunger affects the community, how they can help, and will solicit donations. Shifts are two hours long.
• Up with Families requires supportive and positive attitude volunteers 18 years of age or older to work one on one with a child during the event April 9 – 10 in Waterloo. The shifts are a minimum of 4 hours each. Volunteers will be assigned a child with a disability or a sibling of a child with a disability. A brief training at Nazareth Lutheran Church will take place on Sunday, April 3 and Monday, April 4 from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

• Help Cedar Valley Friends of the Family take a stand against sexual assault, domestic violence, and homelessness by greeting and checking in guests April 7 from 5:45 - 9:00 p.m. at Chefs Take a Stand fundraising event in Waterloo and assist with auction to make sure this amazing event runs smoothly.
