• Coralville residents weigh Morrison Weighing Systems expansion in Oakdale Research Park (cbs2iowa.com) — Coralville officials just advanced a plan for Morrison Weighing Systems to expand into Oakdale Research Park, adding a production and testing facility near the Sturbridge neighborhood. Neighbors raised concerns about noise, traffic, and lighting, while company leaders emphasized limited truck traffic and daytime hours. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval, and construction could begin once final city approvals are secured.
