• Grass tops field at Panther Invitational (redoakexpress.com) — Creston's McKinley Park hosted the Panther Invitational, where the Creston boys and girls cross country teams both captured team titles on a weather-altered course. Red Oak's Emmanuel Grass won the boys race, while several Southwest Valley runners logged big personal improvements in only their second meet of the season after multiple weather cancellations.
