Dubuque County Announces Temporary Closure of Fairway Road Bridge for Drilling Project (dubuqueinpursuitnews.com) — Drivers in Dubuque County should avoid Fairway Road today as a bridge about 0.75 miles north of Highway 151 is fully closed for daytime drilling work from roughly 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The 1.63-mile stretch between Hunt Road and Highway 151 may be impacted for 1–2 days, so plan alternate routes and watch county alerts for updates.
   

2. 3 injured in separate eastern IA crashes, Monday (kjan.com) — A Dubuque County crash on Highway 20 near Epworth sent a Dyersville man to MercyOne Dubuque with life-threatening injuries after his pickup struck a farm tractor Monday evening. Two more people were hurt in a separate Van Buren County collision, as state troopers remind drivers to use extra caution on rural highways.
   

3. A Swath of Bottle-Fed Kitties Have Landed at Dubuque Regional Humane Society (y105music.com) — Bottle-fed kittens at the Dubuque Regional Humane Society urgently need local foster and adoptive homes, with staff currently rotating them into their own houses for round-the-clock care. The shelter provides all formula, supplies, training, and vet support at no cost, and invites Dubuque residents to help even for a night or two or learn more through their website or by calling directly.
   

4. Midweek Tradition Continues: Wild West Wednesday Keeps Dubuque Dancing (dubuqueinpursuitnews.com) — If you’re looking to dance midweek in Dubuque, Wild West Wednesday keeps the Dubuque County Fairgrounds’ Grand Ballroom hopping every Wednesday from 7–11 p.m. for just $5. Hosted by Ken Peiffer of 103.3 WJOD, the all-ages country dance night welcomes beginners and seasoned dancers alike, with music requests encouraged from the local crowd.

Probation Violation (dubuqueinpursuitnews.com) — A Dubuque man was arrested Tuesday morning at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on a felony temporary custody hold tied to an alleged probation violation. Authorities say he’s being held without listed bond while a judge decides whether to revoke his probation and possibly impose a previously suspended prison sentence.
