Tigges, who moved his family to Forest City in 2025, says he’s eager to keep serving the community he now calls home. 
• Meet the summer intern at the Greater Mason City Chamber (wcfcourier.com) — A Forest City resident, college student Lucia Hadacek, is spending her summer as the marketing and events intern for the Greater Mason City Chamber of Commerce. She’ll help coordinate major regional happenings like the North Iowa Band Festival, Moonlight Bike Ride, and the Chamber’s golf outing. Her role also includes website work and social media, giving her hands-on community experience.
