Winter Weather Causes Delays
Due to the expected winter weather conditions, there will be no collection of garbage and recycling on Thursday, Dec. 20 in the following communities: Clive, Des Moines, Urbandale and West Des Moines.

Collection will be delayed one day the remainder of the week, with Friday collection in these communities taking place on Saturday.

Windsor Heights will have garbage and recycling collection delayed one day as well, with Friday collection on Saturday.

Residents in other communities should check with their local hauler or city hall to learn whether their collection will be on schedule or delayed.
