Let the Spring Break Games Begin!

Spring Break is the week of March 19 and at Johnston Library we are gearing up for a week of fun and games in the Youth Services Department.

Spring break is the week of March 19 and at Johnston Library we are gearing up for a week of fun and games in the Youth Services Department. We have a little something for all ages from early elementary up to middle school and high schoolers. Let the games begin at Johnston Public Library!

School Age Special: Game On!
March 19, 1:30 pm
Kids age 6 through 11 are invited to hang out at the library and play games—plugged and unplugged! We will also have loads of Legos on hand for building. Refreshments will be provided. Please register by calling 515-278-5233.

Hunger Games Party
March 23, 1:00 pm
24 tributes, 12 districts, 1 victor. Do you have what it takes to survive the Hunger Games? Find out at Johnston Library’s Hunger Games party! Compete in the Cornucopia Challenge, test your Hunger Games trivia knowledge, eat Panem-inspired food! May the odds be ever in your favor. Sixth grade and up; register beginning March 16 by calling the library at 515-278-5233.
