• Iowa PBS sets Oct. 7 U.S. Senate debate between Hinson and Turek (cbs2iowa.com) — An important U.S. Senate debate between Ashley Hinson and Josh Turek is set for Oct. 7 at the Iowa PBS studios in Johnston, giving local residents a front-row seat via TV or livestream. The hourlong, reporter-led debate will air statewide and online, with no live studio audience but plenty of focus on this open Senate seat.
