• Plywood Trail Construction resumes, road closure in effect (ktiv.com) — Work is underway on Phase 3 of the Plywood Trail, which will eventually link Sioux City to Le Mars and build on the already finished Le Mars-to-Merrill segment. Current construction is closing 46th Street in Sioux City through August while crews extend the trail toward Hinton, bringing the long-planned 18–19 mile connection closer to reality for local cyclists.
