• Esther Hurley (ottumwaradio.com) — Longtime Moulton city clerk and Moulton School graduate Esther Louise (Allen) Hurley has passed away at age 90, with burial planned at Sunset View Cemetery in Moulton. Services will be Monday, July 27, in Bloomfield, and memorials may be directed to Garrett Memorial Library in Moulton, Drake Public Library in Centerville, or the Bloomfield Welcome Center.
