Three men facing grooming and other charges in Louisa County following investigations (mississippivalleypublishing.com) ā Muscatine Police and the Muscatine County Sheriffās Office helped Louisa County investigators arrest three men from Davenport and Fruitland after undercover operations targeting alleged grooming of minors online. The men face felony grooming and related charges, with arraignments later this month in Wapello.
