Tiffin’s mayor says LRS has brought in new operations leadership, while Riverside and West Branch have already ended their contracts, signaling broader regional frustration with service reliability.
   

• Sandra Kay Huisman (charlescitypress.com) — North Liberty residents are among the close family mourning Sandra Kay (Bonwell) Huisman, an 82-year-old grandmother remembered for her independence, warmth, and devotion to her granddaughter and great-grandsons. A funeral service will be held June 30 in Charles City, with visitation that morning and a luncheon following the service.
