• AP Girls Soccer defeats Union, highlighting Monday action (radioonthego.com) — Aplington-Parkersburg girls soccer, ranked 10th in Class 1A, blanked Union 3-0 at home Monday, with all three goals coming after halftime. Falcon boys and girls track teams also turned in strong relay and field-event finishes, and the AP/DNH boys soccer squad hosts Columbus Catholic Tuesday evening after an earlier 8-2 win in the matchup.
