• Clay County Traffic Stop Lands Two In Jail With Multiple Others Cited For Minor In Possession (exploreokoboji.com) — A Clay County deputy’s traffic stop near Spencer led to the arrest of an 18-year-old Humboldt man wanted on multiple Kossuth County warrants and several new driving and alcohol-related charges. A 22-year-old Hartley passenger was jailed on marijuana and paraphernalia allegations, while four other young passengers, including three juveniles, were cited and released for minor in possession.
