• Suburban Iowa teens flee stolen vehicle, hole up in apartment with six guns as police close in (northiowatoday.com) — Police from Urbandale and neighboring suburbs helped track four teens who fled a stolen vehicle that stopped in a parking lot off 86th Street in Urbandale, later finding them in a nearby apartment with six guns and drug evidence. Authorities say four of the firearms were stolen and more charges are possible, and they're urging Urbandale residents to lock vehicles and remove keys and valuables.
