• Flu and Covid shots begin at VMH Community and Home Care-Allamakee Public Health (waukonstandard.com) — Waterville residents can get flu shots at the local library during a walk-in clinic Tuesday, October 6, from 2-5 p.m., as part of Allamakee County's fall vaccination effort. Additional flu and Covid shot options are available Wednesdays in October at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon, with Medicare and most private insurance accepted or self-pay if not covered.
