• DA: Capital murder for Kan. man in death of his dad, mom and sister (hayspost.com) — A Wichita man accused of killing three family members was arrested after Butler County deputies, aided by Kansas Highway Patrol air support, stopped his vehicle just south of Augusta. Prosecutors have charged him with capital murder and explained the severe penalties that could follow, while emphasizing that he remains presumed innocent as the case moves through Sedgwick County District Court.
