• Beef Certificate Program Applications Now Being Accepted (kla.org) — Eudora High School recently earned the best beef dish award at the Kansas ProStart Invitational, spotlighting local students' culinary skills. Now, Kansas Beef Council is accepting applications for its Beef Certificate Program, which helps FCS and ProStart teachers buy beef for classroom labs and access free lesson plans. Eudora educators can apply online for funding during the 2026–27 school year.
