• HutchCC to Host Summer Boot Camps - Ad Astra Radio (adastraradio.com) — Hutchinson teens can sign up now for HutchCC’s low-cost Future Dragons Boot Camps June 9–11, offering hands-on sessions from welding and robotics to theatre and podcasting. There’s also a free Healthcare Heroes Bootcamp June 15 at the Peel Allied Health Center, where students explore medical careers and earn CPR/AED certification.
   

• Woman, 19, killed when SUV hits semitrailer Monday crash in Reno County (wibw.com) — A 19-year-old Hutchinson woman died after the SUV she was riding in hit a legally parked semitrailer along K-96 about three miles south of South Hutchinson Monday afternoon. The driver, also from Hutchinson, suffered suspected minor injuries, and both were wearing seat belts. Kansas Highway Patrol investigators say the SUV veered onto the right shoulder before the collision.
