• Police investigate Parsons homicide; Suspect in custody (newstalkkzrg.com) — A man was killed in a shooting Wednesday afternoon at a home in the 1200 block of Southwest 10th Street, and Parsons police have a suspect in custody on a homicide allegation. Detectives are still processing the scene and reviewing evidence, and formal charges will be decided by the Labette County Attorney. Anyone who saw or heard anything around the incident is urged to contact Parsons police or use the department’s tip line.
