  1. Members of the Bowling Green community are speaking out about Senate Bill 150, which some critics say could have negative effects on transgender youth in the state. The bill passed the state senate last week in a 30-7 vote but was the subject of much debate among community members. The bill now moves to the desk of Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear. (WBKO)
  2. A new drive-through coffee shop will open next Saturday, Apr. 1, in Bowling Green. The restaurant, 7 Brew, is located on Scottsville Road and offers a variety of caffeinated brews, including sugar-free and non-dairy options.   3. The forensics team at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green has won the combined team sweepstakes national championship at the 2023 Pi Kappa Delta National Comprehensive Tournament. The team beat out representatives from 63 other colleges and universities to win the event, which is considered one of the largest live Speech and Debate competitions in the nation.
