• Dickie Ray Reece, 80, of Lafayette (wkdzradio.com) — A former Lafayette mayor and decorated Vietnam veteran, Dickie Ray Reece, has died at age 80, leaving family in Lafayette, Crofton, and beyond. Graveside services with full military honors are set for Monday, June 8, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, and the family suggests memorial gifts to the Wounded Warriors Project.
