• Gerald Lee Johnson obituary (nkytribune.com) — Highland Heights residents are mourning the passing of Gerald “Jerry” Lee Johnson, an 86-year-old Air Force veteran, UPS truck driver, and father of eight. A longtime Northern Kentucky resident and St. Joseph Church member, he’ll receive an Honor Guard interment service Friday, June 5, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown.
