At a Lexington conference, Mayor Sarah Thompson and NKY Health Department educator Casey Baker-Romans accepted separate honors recognizing Ludlow’s policy and Baker-Romans’ advocacy, including her expanding “Ditch Vapes” program on e-cigarette risks.
