BATON ROUGE, LA — September 4, 2020 — City-Parish offices will be closed on Monday, September 7, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. However, residential garbage (both in-cart and out-of-cart woody waste/bulky items) and recycling will be collected as normal. Additionally, the landfill will be open normal business hours on Monday, from 5:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
