Stormwater Master Plan Virtual Open House In Baton Rouge

The public can submit comments at the end of the Virtual Open House.

Baton Rouge, La. – September 2, 2020 – Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broome and the Stormwater Master Plan Program Team have launched the first public outreach effort, digitally. The public is invited to join in the discussion through the Stormwater Master Plan Virtual Open House.

This open house can be accessed by visiting www.stormwater.brla.gov and clicking on "Virtual Open House." This virtual platform will provide a historical overview of the process and information on the planning efforts. There is also an opportunity to view maps of the parish’s watersheds, which include progress on structural and channel survey data collection. The public can submit comments at the end of the Virtual Open House.
