• Agenda for October 2026 Meeting (churchpoint.org) — Church Point’s next town council meeting is set for Monday, Oct. 5, at 6 p.m. at City Hall, with topics including a budget amendment for bazaar security, a special events permit for a Christmas celebration, and a proposed sugar cane truck route change on E. Plaquemine Street. Councilmembers will also consider workers’ compensation coverage for the mayor and hear routine reports.
