• Marksville man arrested for attempted murder in shooting (cenlanow.com) — Marksville residents should know that a local man has been arrested after a woman was seriously wounded in an early-morning shooting on Gum Ridge Road. Deputies, Marksville Police, and Tunica-Biloxi Police worked together to identify and safely arrest the 19-year-old suspect, who now faces multiple felony charges and a high bond as the investigation continues.
