• JPSO, SWAT Team on scene of Marrero manhunt (wgno.com) — Law enforcement conducted a large manhunt in Marrero after a driver allegedly went the wrong way around 4 a.m., ditched a vehicle, and fled on foot near the levee by Lapalco Boulevard. Jefferson Parish deputies and a SWAT team searched nearby wooded areas using flash bangs and loudspeakers, though officials have not yet said why the person is being sought.
