New Iberia minister arrested in undercover operation targeting child predators: Attorney General (thedailyiberian.com) — State investigators' recent undercover sting targeting online child predators led to 10 arrests statewide, including a 32-year-old Metairie resident facing indecent behavior and computer-aided solicitation charges plus a stolen firearm count. The three‑day operation, run with parish sheriffs, focused on adults using the internet to lure people they believed were minors, and officials say similar efforts will continue.
