Post-Storm Notice to the Public:

The parish-wide curfew from 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. has been extended until Friday, September 10, 2021. The public is urged to not be on the streets at night, as there are multiple downed power lines and debris throughout the parish. Jefferson Parish officials will assess damages and keep the public informed when it is safe to go out.

Garbage and Storm Debris Collection:

Residents in unincorporated Jefferson Parish and the Town of Jean Lafitte can now view an online map to see the progress of storm debris removal in their area. DRC Emergency Services started removing storm related debris in 22 identified zones on Monday, September 6, 2021. Click here to view the online map.
