  2. A charter school for students with dyslexia is pending approval to open a second location in St. Tammany Parish. (NOLA.com)
  3. NOPD is currently investigating a shooting that occurred Thursday morning in the Warehouse District. The victim was shot in the hand and taken to the hospital. (WGNO New Orleans)
