📢 I'm looking for business owners and marketers in New Orleans who want to build awareness, connect with customers and increase sales.

Here are the top stories in New Orleans today:
- The West End redevelopment logjam has been going on for years, but hopefully new legislation will help sort out what the area will be used for. The West End is particularly difficult because of how many governing entities are involved, the state and Jefferson and Orleans parishes cooperating is making it harder. Councilmember Giarrusso hopes for the area to return to its pre-Katrina prime with additional housing. (FOX 8 Local First)
- Power was knocked out in Gert Town and Central City for four hours on Tuesday morning after a car crashed into a telephone pole around 5:40 AM, leaving over 3,000 customers without electricity. Repair crews were able to bring power back to the area by 9:21 AM. (WWLTV)
- A police car chase that began in Terrytown with Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Deputies ended in New Orleans with one in custody and one missing. On Thursday, JPSO attempted to pull over a car that was reported stolen that then turned into a chase. Deputies saw one of the suspects throwing a firearm out of the window and eventually crash the vehicle. Two suspects reportedly got out and ran, but only one was able to be arrested. Law enforcement is continuing to search for the other suspect. (WGNO New Orleans)
