• Vidalia, Syrah Technologies move to next phase of expansion project (knoe.com) — A massive expansion of Syrah Technologies’ graphite facility is moving ahead in Vidalia, bringing six new buildings, major power upgrades, and a total investment topping $586 million. Production capacity is set to jump to 45,000 metric tons a year, supporting electric vehicles and energy storage while town leaders say they’ve seen no environmental downside so far.
