• Lotteries Now Open for Scallop Drag and Dive Licenses (maine.gov) — If you're interested in scallop drag or dive licenses, you can now enter Maine's annual lotteries and even file a paper application at the DMR office on Blossom Lane in Augusta. The notice explains eligibility, fees, sponsor requirements, and key deadlines for would-be scallop harvesters.
