Chapman, 72, a Telstar graduate, Army veteran, and quiet community helper known for volunteering, plowing driveways, and caring for animals. A graveside service will be held later at Mount Will Cemetery in Bethel, and donations in his memory are suggested to Responsible Pet Care in Norway.
