• One Person Dead from Two Vehicle Crash in Gray (wgan.com) — A deadly two-vehicle crash at Shaker Road and Game Farm Road in Gray Saturday night has claimed the life of a 29-year-old Mechanic Falls driver. Cumberland County deputies say a Ford Maverick crossed the center line and struck a Mazda sedan, with Gray and Raymond fire crews assisting and state and county investigators now reconstructing what happened.

• Game warden crashed plane while helping stock fish in western Maine (bangordailynews.com) — A Maine game warden pilot who took off from the Dry Pond Seaplane Base on Crystal Lake in Gray was killed Tuesday when his plane crashed while stocking fish in western Maine. Officials say his looping, low-altitude route from Gray through Rangeley and Phillips was typical for fisheries work, and federal investigators are now examining what caused the fatal crash.
